A Church Just For You
It matters where you go to church. Each church community in each of the different Christian denominations will nurture people in different ways. Just as you have interests and likes unique to you, you also have a spiritual community that’s just for you.
God has a place for you where you will learn and grow in your relationship with Him. I encourage you to visit as many times as you want and allow the Holy Spirit to show you if Apsley Community Chapel is the right church for you. We would love to welcome you into our church family.
The North Kawartha population expands considerably in the warmer months of the year. We welcome you if you’re in the area cottaging or a full time resident and are happy to see new faces just for a visit.
We are made up of people who are from all walks of life and who are at different places in their relationships with God. ACC is a community of brand-new believers and established, mature Christians filled with faith to share! We are business owners, school bus drivers, retirees, homemakers, and most importantly we are people hungry for more of Jesus in our lives.
When you walk in our front foyer for our Sunday morning service you will be greeted by a smiling face ready to help you find what you need in our church. Ask about our children’s programs and they will let you know what we have on for the ages of your children.
Our Sunday service welcomes youth over 12 years in the sanctuary to praise and learn new ways of thinking about God. We have regular youth programs on Tuesday nights and fun engaging events throughout the year.
Our Sunday services are relaxed and lean more towards the contemporary style of worship. they begin at 10:30am and is an energetic time of praise and worship. We incorporate beloved choruses and hymns for intimate worship of our Father God
We have other adult gatherings on Wednesday night and before our Sunday service. John Trotter our lead pastor. He has an easy-going demeanor and a simple way of encouraging his congregation to live fully with faith. His heart and the heart of all our pastors is to minister to people to lead them to a better life in Jesus.
